Noise Eliminating Intercom System. The bhi Noise Eliminating Intercom System enables clear voice communications from noisy environments. Using unique Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, unwanted background noise and interference is removed to leave clear speech.

The NEIS is suitable in a wide range of applications, where the noise of fans, motors, engines, air-conditioning, traffic etc, cause poor voice communications. The system is particularly useful for improving voice quality in medical treatment applications, especially radiotherapy, where voice communications from the bunker to the control room are greatly improved. The NEIS system consists of a robust, stylish desktop control unit with a “push to talk button”, connected to a remote “hands free” speaker unit with microphone assembly. Operation of the bhi intercom system is simple, connections being made via a single cat 5 data cable. The NEIS is pre-configured for optimum noise cancelling, which is fully adaptive to changing environmental conditions.

The NEIS-RM noise eliminating intercom system comprises the following items:

NEIS-DU - Desk control unit with "push-to-talk" switch

NEIS-SPKR - Speaker unit

NEIS-MIC - 25ft microphone assembly (connects to rear of NEIS-SPKR)

NEIS-PSU- Medical Power supply (worldwide universal type)

User manual and installation guide.

The system simply connects together using standard CAT 5 straight through data cable.

Hospital/medical applications: A full installation and service back up option is available for customers who already have a TomoTherapy Hi-ART® System installed or who are going to have a system installed in the future. Please contact TomoTherapy Inc direct for more information or OSL Ltd. Upgrades for existing Hi-ART® systems are simple and easy to install with a minimum amount of disruption and down time. The NEIS-RM system also works well with similar equipment from other manufacturer's.

The NEIS-RM intercom system is suitable for installation with all makes of machines and scanners.
