Repairs & Upgrades

Repairs and Returns to bhi:

Please EMAIL or CALL us prior to sending your product back to see if we can sort the problem for you. If not please contact us for an “Authorisation for return”, telephone 01444 870333 or EMAIL

For customers outside the Europe, please follow the instructions below on what to write on the package so the UK customs don't charge us import duty and taxes. If you do not follow this procedure and bhi are charged customs fees for the repaired item entering the UK we reserve the right to pass these customs charges onto you with the repair costs.
For Returns and repairs from outside the Europe, clearly mark the package(s) and accompanying Customs declaration with the following and put the value at 15GBP, stating that the goods are for repair:

"IPR suspension"
"IPR authorisation no:_______________"; and,
VAT number GB791095312.

We will repair your faulty bhi product for a set fee of £29.95 excl' VAT plus a postage and packing charge depending on which product it is (see shipping rates table). All repaired products are returned with 3 months warranty from the date of the repair if outside the standard 12 months guarantee, otherwise 12 months warranty applies. If your product is still within warranty and the fault was caused by a failed component then there will be no charge for the repair.

Upgrades:

The same charges above apply for upgrades of the NEIM1031 to the MKII version.
When returning product to bhi, please put a note in with the repair which should include the following: Your name, address, telephone number and description of fault. If your product is still under warranty, then please supply a copy of the sales receipt, or rough date and where the goods were purchased (we can usually confirm whether the unit is still under warranty).

Note : It is not possible to upgrade the NES10-2MKII to the MK3 version, or the ANEM to the ANEM MKII version.

Acceptable payment methods:

Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard,AMEX, cheque or PayPal. (If paying by cheque, your order will be held until your cheque is cleared).
